1. Introduction

Access to safe potable water is a critical global challenge. AQUAVAULT (WRTN) exists to test whether tokenization can go beyond the speculative: converting digital traceability into measurable financing for real-world water infrastructure.

The smart contract is deployed and verified on BscScan. Any third party can audit the token's behaviour and administrative actions by inspecting on-chain state and events.

2. Problem

  • Insufficient or aging water infrastructure in many areas.
  • Difficulty establishing trust around the use and tracking of funds.
  • Need for accountability mechanisms that are accessible to the public.

3. Proposal

AQUAVAULT proposes a phased model where token activity contributes to an operational reserve program and progressively connects to real-world execution through public evidence: reports, verifiable links, document hashes where appropriate, and traceable movements.

Blockchain is not the end goal. It is the method for publishing verifiable evidence and building a bridge between digital funding and measurable real-world results.

4. Smart contract

The following ceilings are hard-coded in the deployed bytecode. Operational parameters are configurable below them, never above.

Maximum supply
200,000,000 WRTN
Minting cannot push total supply above this cap.
Maximum transfer fee
3.00% (300 bps)
The owner cannot set a fee above this ceiling.
Maximum wallet holding
30.00% (3000 bps) of total supply
Recalculated dynamically if supply is reduced by burn.

A full breakdown of the fee mechanism, wallet limits, pause and freeze controls, and every owner-callable function is published on the project page.

5. Tokenomics

Reference allocation against the maximum cap of 200,000,000 WRTN: 50% water reserve fund, 20% liquidity, 15% marketing and partnerships, 10% technology development, 5% security and contingency. The detailed breakdown with purposes is on the project page.

This describes an operational plan. Execution and movements are reflected through on-chain traceability and official communications.

6. Liquidity plan

Liquidity is enabled progressively to avoid weak pools, which carry extreme volatility, low volume, and manipulation risk. Public opening proceeds only once minimum operational conditions and clear public communication are in place.

  • Pair: WRTN/WBNB on a BSC decentralized exchange.
  • Initial provision: WRTN plus BNB to establish price and depth.
  • LP tokens: held under a publicly stated custody and lock policy.
  • Public evidence: pool links and provisioning transactions published.

Current pool: 0x0f3e9d789eB208914b3C967b746353cb8E6d8638

7. Bridge to the real world

The goal is to convert on-chain traceability into verifiable water execution. The project works in modules and publishes evidence at each step.

  • Initiative selection against public impact and feasibility criteria.
  • Pre-feasibility: scope, risks, timeline, maintenance requirements.
  • Modular execution: small milestones with verifiable reporting.
  • Proof of Water: periodic reports, document hashes, and photographic or technical evidence.
  • Financial traceability: relevant movements published with BscScan links.

8. Roadmap

Four phases, from verified contract and documentation through liquidity preparation, milestone-based real-world execution, and scaling. Current status per phase is tracked on the project page.

9. Risks and security

  • Market risk: inherent volatility. No returns are promised.
  • Administrative risk: the owner holds mint, fee, pause, and freeze permissions within coded caps. These are listed in full on the project page.
  • Operational risk: real-world execution requires stages, permits, and suppliers.
  • Containment: pause/unpause and the freeze list exist for incident response.
